I am a 3rd generation Chinese/american. I make functional porcelain/ glass tableware. I grew up in Huntington, NY one of the only chinese families in town during the 60’s. my grandparents owned one of the first chinese/american restaurants in arlington, va. My creative endeavors are rooted in the banquet tradition bringing community together for a celebration. i make tableware that is functional yet aesthetically pleasing with the intention of bringing people together to share their daily experience.
